Low Season is a jarring alternative rock group from Brisbane, Australia. With witty and disarming lyricism from start to finish, the record feels more like a collection of older brother's stories recounted one night over campfire and torchlight -- starting off fondly and ending morose as the evening continues. There's a touch of thematic familiarity throughout, offering a considered glimpse into the mind of both lyricists, Sam and Ryan, often with fuzzed guitar or haunting synthesizer filling out the space behind their words. A true example of 'working class punk', anthems for the new Australian generation of disenfranchised youth.

This is the twenty-eighth release through Lacklustre Records (LCK028), available on 12" black vinyl. This release was achieve through help from fellow Australian label machine, Josh Howes at Death's Grip Records, in Newcastle, Australia.
